We understand the situation and as a small company, we like many others will struggle in these difficult times.
We will continue with our services for as long as possible and ask that all customers communicate any changes ASAP to avoid further disappointment regarding their bookings’ at info@jakropa.com
We are able to offer flexibility on all bookings to alternative dates. We have allowed flexibility to postpone all bookings still at the agreed fee for the next two years.
A kind reminder that all deposits are non-refundable due to administration and booking fees.
If you have any concerns or requests regarding your booking or our services then please feel free to contact us.
AV – CCTV – Lighting – Emergency break downs and callouts for our engineers may be affected during the current effects of COVID-19, however 24/7 support via Email or Phone is available.
